The Webbs family has been supplying high quality, competitively priced timber, fencing and building materials for four generations. Founded in the late 1960s by John and Isobel Webb, our roots trace back even further to Montague Webb selling building products in the 1930s.Throughout this time we have proudly maintained strong relationships with our fantastic mills to ensure a steady supply of materials and tools.

We have recently revamped the yard and significantly expanded our shop. Thanks to our general manager Steve Davison, our team, and many of our trusted suppliers, it's now easier than ever to pick up the tools, preservatives, custom paints, plumbing and electrical supplies, and ironmongery you need. The best wood you can buy deserves the best tools, and our new hardware store has arguably the most impressive Faithfull tool range in the South West.

We have never compromised on quality and always back that up with excellent customer service from the moment you enter our yard or our new tool shop. Our delivery drivers are always working hard to ensure your orders can be fulfilled within agreed timescales.

To ensure your time at WEBBS is as enjoyable and productive as possible, carefully positioned walkways and clear signage make access to the yard easy, and mean it’s quicker to find and view the thousands of fantastic products we offer.

Our dedicated office area frees up more space for staff to help customers in the shop, as well as giving management and accounts staff a quieter work space in which to concentrate.  Our staff training room is used to onboard new team members as well as keeping existing staff up to date with the very latest product information.
